Photos uploaded to your album or wedding website
Content added to your wedding website, registry, and planner

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the MarryU platform and its features
To authenticate your account and keep you logged in

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following trusted service providers, solely to operate the platform:

Supabase — database and file storage (EU/US)
Stripe — payment processing. We never store card details ourselves
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure

All providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Cookies

We use cookies solely to keep you logged in to your account. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can decline cookies via the cookie banner when you first visit — note that declining will mean you cannot stay logged in.

6. Your Public Wedding Website

When you publish your wedding website, the information you choose to include (couple names, wedding date, location, photos, and sections) becomes publicly accessible via your website URL. You control exactly what is published and can unpublish or delete your website at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. payment records).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion — request deletion of your account and data
Portability — request your data in a portable format
Objection — object to certain types of processing

MarryU is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
